How do you unlock my phone?
You provide us with certain simple to find details of your phone on the form above. Using remote software, we take these details and calculate an individual unlock code which we send to you by email. Follow the instructions we provide to enter the unlock code into your phones key pad, and the phone will be immediately unlocked. Easy!
Can you guarantee that you can unlock my phone?
If your phone is one of the Nokia models listed above then yes, we guarantee we can unlock your phone. If we cannot unlock your phone, then we will provide you with a full refund, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Please ensure you read and understand these Terms & Conditions

Will unlocking my phone damage it?
No. All unlocking the phone does is remove the network lock and sim lock that are entered into the phones software when sold to you by a network provider.
How do I find out my phones IMEI number?
Easy, enter *#06# on your phone's key pad and the 15 digit number will be displayed on the screen. Alternatively you can also find it on a label on the back of your phone, underneath the battery. The IMEI number is the International Mobile Equipment Identifier, a 15 digit number that uniquely identifies your phone. The unlock code will be generated from this and so it is very important that you provide us with the correct code. If we do not have the correct IMEI number, we cannot generate the correct unlock code.
What if my unlock code does not work?
It's not possible! If the code does not work then it is likely that you have made a error in entering your mobile phone details. In the unlikely event that this does occur, please email us:
Is Mobile Phone Unlocking Illegal?
No. Unlocking a mobile phone for use on all networks perfectly legal. In fact it is your right as a consumer. The networks will charge you up to
£40 to provide the same unlock code we provide for just
£2.99. This is because they want to retain your business, so they will charge you a premium for a service that you are entitled to as a consumer.
What IS illegal is the unblocking or changing the IMEI of a mobile phone in the UK. We only offer the unlocking of mobile phones, so please do not ask us to perform any other procedure on your phone!
