- HTC confirm its current batch of handsets will not be getting Sense user interface 3.0

HTC have confirmed that its current range of Handsets will not be getting the anticipated upgrade to its latest Android overlay, Sense 3.0. Revealed via HTC’s Twitter account in response to a customer query, HTC said

- Ofcom tells mobile operators PAC codes must be provided within two hours of request.

Ofcom, the organisation charged with regulating the communications industry in the UK, has ruled that future PAC codes must be provided to a customer immediately over the phone if requested, or within 2 hours by text message.
