The Samsung Galaxy Y Pro is an entry level smartphone with a QWERTY keyboard. The Y in the name forms part of Samsung's new smartphone naming convention, which consists of five categories: S (Super Smart) is for the very high–end smartphones, R (Refined) is for high–end, W (Wonder) is for upper mid–range, M (Magical) is for mid–range smartphones and Y (Young) is for entry level smartphones.
The Galaxy Y Pro runs on Android v2.3 and weighs just 109g. For those who love to text and need to have a real feel of a physical keyboard, the Samsung Galaxy Y Pro offers that with a full QWERTY integrated keyboard and an optical track pad for easy on–screen navigation.
